About Puebla
A stunning colonial city two hours from Mexico City with gorgeous architecture, incredible street food (home of mole poblano), and a cost of living roughly 60% less than the US. The historic center is very walkable, and there's a small but growing expat community. Spanish is essential here -- much less English than in tourist hubs.
