Proseguendo abbiamo una grande stanza aperta, che se chiusa, può diventare la terza camera. Di fronte la grande sale con porta finestra a cui accediamo allo stesso terrazzo della cucina. La zona notte è divisa da grande portone in vetro a 4 ante. Troviamo un grande bagno con colonna lavanderia, due camere matrimoniali, in una è presente l'aria condizionata mentre nell'altra c'è solo la predisposizione, ripostiglio utilizzato come cabina armadio. Sopra l'ingresso vi è la scala retrattile che porta in soffitta che si estende per tutta la lunghezza e larghezza della casa. Impianti autonomi, quello del gas ed elettrico rifatti completamente nel 2018. Impianto di riscaldamento originario con termosifoni in ghisa.
