Entrando dal cancelletto pedonale al piano terra attraversiamo una piccola corte pavimentata comune a 4 unità, poi troviamo il portone blindato di ingresso e salendo la scala interna indipendente arriviamo al primo piano dove ci accoglie il soggiorno con l'angolo cucina che è molto luminoso perchè ha una ampia portafinestra che accede ad un grande terrazzo in parte coperto dove poter pranzare all'aperto nelle belle giornate. Proseguendo un disimpegno ci conduce alla zona notte composta da una cameretta singola, il bagno finestrato con una comoda doccia, un ripostiglio con la caldaia e gli attacchi per la lavatrice e la camera da letto matrimoniale con portafinestra che accede ad un altro balcone/loggia coperta e quindi sfruttabile per stendere i panni, ecc.. Al piano terra nella corte condominiale troviamo un ampio garage con gli attacchi per lavatrice e lavabo. Sono state installate due pompe di calore utilizzabili sia per raffrescare che riscaldare gli ambienti, le impiantistiche sono certificate a norma di legge e l'appartamento viene venduto completamente arredato con mobilio seminuovo ed in ottimo stato.
