In questo momento troviamo una grande camera matrimoniale con la scala che porta alla mansarda, luogo ideale per i ragazzi; altra camera spaziosa e un'enorme camera matrimoniale doppia con doppia esposizione e quindi facilmente divisibile; nella parte a notte ci sono due bagni ed un piccolo studiolo; troviamo poi una grande terrazza con vista su Montu' Beccaria e, alle spalle, Canneto Pavese.
