La zona giorno si compone si sala da pranzo con portafinestra che affaccia sul porticato, e con la stufa a pellet, l'ambiente è luminoso e gradevole. La cucina è abitabile ed ha la finestra, ed è collegata al salotto. Il salotto è posizionato tra la sala da pranzo e la cucina abitabile, quindi, in caso di ristrutturazione sarebbe possibile buttare giù alcune pareti divisorie e ampliare lo spazio creando un'ambiente unico. Nella zona notte invece si trovano la camera matrimoniale, la cameretta, il bagno e la porta che dà accesso alla scala che accompagna alle cantine ed ai box auto. Al piano seminterrato c'è un locale della stessa dimensione dell'abitazione, diviso tra box singolo e cantine. Uno spazio versatile ed utile soprattutto per chi ha necessità di un laboratorio.
