Dalle ampie scale principali accediamo all'ingresso dell'abitazione, che si presenta suddivisa in maniera molto funzionale, con un'ampia zona giorno. Qui il salone doppio, angolare, luminosissimo, è idealmente diviso in una bella zona salotto raccolta intorno ad un camino, ed una grande zona pranzo adiacente il patio coperto affacciato sul giardino, ideale per intrattenerci all'esterno per pranzi e cene in tutto relax. Un bel varco si apre su una zona di disimpegno, dalla quale raggiungiamo la cucina, anch'essa luminosissima, angolare, dotata di barbecue in muratura, affacciata sul verde del retro della casa e con una comoda zona di servizio.
