L'esterno si presenta come un " palazzotto" di tre piani, con la pietra riportata a vista, stuccata e spazzolata e il tetto completamente rifatto a nuovo nel 2005 con doppia copertura di coppi piemontesi, portichetto lastricato in "Pietra di Luserna"fiammata, formato scozzese, con pilastri in mattone fatto a mano e sovrastante terrazzo; sotto il portichetto, a sinistra, si trova una porta che si apre su di un locale tecnico, ove si trova unproduttore da 500lt per l'acqua calda; al secondo e terzo piano, sempre nella medesima posizione, si trovano altri due locali tecnici, in uno si trova il bruciatore a gas Riello e quello sovrastante è adibito all'impianto di condizionamento. I serramenti, originali del 1800 in castagno, sono stati ristrutturati e sono stati provvisti di vetrocamera, mentre i vetri del piano terreno sono bruniti, specchiati e antisfondamento. La hall ha una pavimentazione in piastrelle di marmo "Nero Assoluto" 30,5x30,5 Cucide e bisellate, intersecate da tozzetti dorati; a destra vi è la porta scorrevole dell'antibagno che è rivestito, così come il bagno, provvisto anch'esso di porta scorrevole, di mosaico di vetro "Bisazza" melangè nero/grigio/oro; è accessibile a disabili;
