Accedendo al condominio da ambo i lati mediante cancelli scorrevoli e cancelletti pedonali ci troviamo nello scoperto condominiale e troviamo i posti auto assegnati e zona verde. Frontalmente rispetto il condominio è presente una scala di otto gradini che ci introduce all' atrio dell'edificio dove sono presenti gli ingressi degli appartamenti delle unità immobiliari, i due vani ascensori e le scale che portano ai vari piani. Entrando nell'appartamento ci troviamo nel locale adibito a pranzo e soggiorno, sulla destra vediamo la cucina lineare completa di elettrodomestici e subito dopo di essa vi è un primo terrazzino con esposizione a nord con vista verso le montagne e la laguna. A sinistra dell'ingresso è presente un atrio che costeggia la terrazza esposta a est parzialmente coperta dal prolungamento del tetto e dove è presente un tavolo ligneo con sedie che offre l'opportunità di godersi un pasto all'aperto con suggestiva vista mare. Proseguendo lungo l'atrio vediamo, sulla sinistra, la prima camera da letto matrimoniale con soffitto in legno e lucernario, subito dopo di essa è presente un bagno dotato di tutti i sanitari e box doccia angolare.
