Tramite scala interna, accediamo alla zona notte composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera singola e un bagno finestrato con sanitari in ceramica e vasca. Dalla camera matrimoniale, tramite portafinestra, accediamo al balcone. Il riscaldamento è autonomo, alimentato da caldaia a metano e stufa a pellet, dotata di bocchette di areazione collegate alla zona notte.
