- Secondo Piano Principale appartamento di circa 120 mq. composta da 4 stanze (salone open house) cucina abitabile e bagno. 2 balconi di circa 10 mt lunghezza e sul lato cucina ha sgabuzzino/veranda (condonato) in cui è situato l'autoclave. Tutte le stanze sono dotate di aria condizionata.

- Terzo Piano Mansarda di circa 70 mq condonata, quindi unità abitativa calpestabile. Ha il tetto rifatto per isolamento termico/acustico. Il finestrone di accesso al terrazzo di 15 mq a tre ande scorrevoli, mentre è fissa dalla parte della cucina. Tutta la mansarda è open-house tranne il bagno. Anche la mansarda è dotata di aria condizionata. Tutta la casa è stata rinnovata e migliorata nel 2006. Sono state sostituite tutte le strutture delle finestre con doppi vetri "maggiorati" e relative persiane; le cornici delle stesse sono isolate termicamente ed acusticamente. La parete del salone come quella della stanza da letto matrimoniale è stata dotata di "cappotto" per isolamento termico (lato ovest). Tutta la casa è coperta da antifurto settoriale ed ogni singola unità abitativa ha il salvavita distinto.
