Da qui, attraversato il disimpegno accediamo alla zona giorno con accesso al bagno di servizio, cieco, dotato di servizio igienico e lavandino, posto nel sottoscala. Dalla cucina, salita la scala padronale, al piano primo e ultimo, troviamo la zona notte dotata di un ampio disimpegno con uscita sul balcone di proprietà; dal suddetto disimpegno accediamo alle due camere matrimoniali e al bagno padronale con doccia e attacco per la lavatrice. Il bagno comunica internamente con entrambe le camere da letto. La soluzione è d'epoca ma è stata finemente ristrutturata a livello di serramenti, pavimenti e impianto idraulico nel 2017. Di recente è stata anche sostituita la caldaia. Gli spazi interni sono ampi, ariosi e ben sfruttabili e le finiture in stile rustico e di ottimo livello.
