La parte storica è rappresentata sicuramente del Trullo in pietra , e chissà quali storie avrà da raccontare , molto spesso un intera Famiglia di 6/7 persone viveva dentro con l'arte dell'arrangiamento ; recenti a partire dal 1999 invece lo spazio esterno è stato progettato da un architetto ( non conosciamo il nome ) ma notiamo la perfetta piantagione della pineta , il vialetto d'ingresso elegante e vari spazi esterni sicuramente identificati da una mano tecnica , senza adattamenti ; i vialetti sono aree da percorrere armonicamente : Qui ognuno individua la propria area personale , il giardino regala emozioni a chiunque e per la condivisione della famiglia e degli ospiti si è pensato ad un gazebo in muratura posizionato a latere , quasi in disparte . Il piazzale antistante è tipico salentino con forno in muratura , box ( anticamente per il trattore ) e uscite nei vari vialetti verso il giardino . La villa ha un'ampia veranda esposta ad est dove sorge il Sole e luce
