Salendo troviamo il sottotetto sfruttabile, un ambiente pluriuso che può essere utilizzato come ambiente ospiti, per figli grandi che necessitano di maggiore autonomia o come meglio si crede, un ambiente molto caldo e accogliente con proprio bagnetto dedicato.
