La casa, costruita negli anni 80, e' sempre stata molto curata: infatti i serramenti sono in pvc triplo vetro, sostituiti nel 2024, pannelli solari per acqua calda, caldaia a pellet di 10 anni, impianto fotovoltaico con accumulo di 5kw del 2023, bagni rifatti di recente.
