L'appartamento, di ampie dimensioni, si sviluppa su due piani, collegati internamente da una scala decisamente agevole: al piano ingresso troviamo una zona giorno decisamente confortevole e spaziosa, la cucina abitabile ha dimensioni tali da ospitare famiglie numerose e amici con cui condividere momenti di convivialità, terrazza, ampio soggiorno, camera con affaccio sul balcone dal quale si gode una vista sui tetti di Talamona, bagno e per ultimo, funzionale ripostiglio ricavato nel sottoscala; al piano superiore, ci accoglie la zona notte dove troviamo due camere matrimoniali, un secondo bagno e una terrazza con panorama incluso nel prezzo.
