La comoda scala in ferro battuto e legno conduce alla zona notte dove troviamo il secondo disimpegno con bagno anch'esso finestrato con box doccia e vetro cemento, due camere da letto dotate entrambe di balcone, tra cui la camera matrimoniale che è dotata anche di scala esterna che conduce al cortile. Il riscaldamento è autonomo a metano e la caldaia è stata cambiata nel 2024, gli infissi sono in doppio vetro pvc effetto legno dotate di zanzariere per minimizzare i consumi. La soluzione è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2017. Concludono la proprietà le due comode cantine.
